Our Mobility Booster program includes 5 classes plus two BONUS classes - one core strengthening class and one balance class. The first four classes are broken down into specific body regions with the fifth class bringing everything together for a beautiful full-body routine.
To be clear, this isn't a yoga class - you will be immersed in a class where you learn how to stretch the parts of your body that feel stiffest in the safest and most effective ways possible. Rest assured, we have given you modifications if you find anything uncomfortable and you'll also be learning ways to advance your stretch practice.
