Core Value Spotlight:

Be Kind and Compassionate

Last month we discussed the core value of creating an amazing experience. This month our focus in on the core value of kindness and compassion. This value plays a very large role in the way we structured our clinic and how we interact with each other, our patients and our community.

We want to make sure that our patients feel heard, understood and cared for. Not being able to do things that you want, that are important to you, can be a very difficult experience. However, we are here to listen and work together to help you reach your goals.

Our attitude of kindness and compassion does not stop at our doors. We want to ensure that we are also giving back to our community and environment with small acts of kindness and compassion.

Over the summer, we have joined New Orleans Track Club and Varsity Sports for "Pick Up" runs, a great series of events organized to help clean up our community. Check out their Facebook pages to see when the next event is. We will see you there!

Thank you!

We are so grateful for everyone who came to our Grand Opening and to those who have supported us to make this event possible. We could not do this without the continuous support of our families, friends and amazing community.

We wanted to give a special Thank You to the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce for hosting the ribbon cutting, Perk's Coffee House for their delicious desserts and Nosegay's Florist for providing beautiful floral arrangements.

Attention Teachers!

As the school year approaches, you are probably starting to prepare your classroom and lessons. Don't forget to make sure that you are physically prepared as well. Teaching requires a lot from your body, such as standing for long periods of time, bending over to help students at their desk, as well as sitting at a computer to work on lesson plans and of course the task of grading papers. We have put together some tips on how to prevent low back pain with these activities. Click here to learn more.
