We offer 50-minute private sessions instructed by a physical therapist, so it's perfect for people who want to work with someone who understands their abilities AND limitations - who can change and challenge their body in a healthy way.
Online Core Strengthening Series
This series is great for individuals of all levels who want to improve their core strength at home with progressively more challenging classes.
Classes start at a beginner foundational level and increase to more advance options as you get stronger.
