Pregnancy Related Pain

It is not uncommon for women to experience pain or discomfort during pregnancy.   Commonly, women may experience low back pain that extends down the back of one or both legs.  This can make it uncomfortable or even unbearable to stand for long periods of time, go up and down stairs, care for other children or even just roll over in bed.  Physical therapy can often reduce or eliminate this pain. If you are pregnant and are interested in finding out if physical therapy is right for you, inquire today.

Urinary Incontinence

Almost half of all women, as well as 1 in 10 men, will experience urinary incontinence at some point in their lives.  However, it often goes untreated. Many times this is because people may assume these symptoms are normal or there is nothing that can be done to help.  If you are experiencing urinary incontinence, please choose one of the options below to contact our physical therapists. There may be conservative treatment that can make a huge impact on your quality of life.  For more information on urinary incontinence and how physical therapy can help, click here to claim your free guide.

A Message from Christy Shea, DPT:

This report is for women (and men) struggling with urinary urge and incontinence, who are sick of worrying about having an accident or always trying to find the nearest bathroom. Or maybe they are just tired of making excuses as to why they no longer exercise with their friends.

The frustrating part of it all is that so many people are stuck not knowing what, if anything at all, can be done to help them. They seem to either be suffering alone and not telling anyone about it OR they are hearing from others that it’s “normal” and “to be expected” (after having a baby, as a woman, as we get older, etc.). In the end, they just accept and deal with urine leakage and frequent trips to the bathroom without a solution or any hope that this will ever get better.

The good news is that IT CAN get better and THERE ARE great, conservative, effective solutions available. I work with patients who have been in your shoes and now have relief from leakage! It starts with getting the right information and tools, to put you in control of your bladder.

I’ve written this guide as an introduction into what urinary incontinence is and what some of the best treatments are for it. Since everyone is different, I can’t tell you that this will be everything you need to get better without knowing your exact symptoms and case. However, I do know that by reading this report, you will be in a much better position than you were before, continuing to “just live with it” and sacrificing your quality of life.

If you are having unwanted urine leakage or feel that you are always looking for the nearest restroom, please take the time to read this report…for your sake.

If you’re unsure if this is the right information for you or feel that you don’t need this right now, ask yourself what would happen if this problem doesn’t go away like you hope? What would life look like a few years from now? How much money are you likely going to continue to spend on pads and liners if this problem persists or gets worse? How much more are you willing to miss out on and sacrifice?

Requesting the report is easy! Simply click the link below and confirm your details or just give us a call at
